En el acto de inauguración contó con la presencia de las gerentes educativas profesora Leyda M. de Guardia directora del plantel, la subdirectora Neuza Pinzón y la licenciada Roselyn Sánchez en representación de la Alcaldía Municipal de Penonomé, así como docentes, estudiantes y padres de familia de esta gran familia.
La Banda de Música y el Conjunto Típico realizaron sus presentaciones para el deleite de los presentes en este acto que representa el inicio de esta gran actividad de la familia federicana.
